Position Overview
Ensure timely delivery of sales orders by working closely with stakeholders and other departments.
Collaborate with the team to achieve procurement and import/export Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Responsible for managing and executing orders for all materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, and evaluating supplier performance.
Responsibilities
Procurement:
Oversee and manage the procurement function, fostering partnerships with internal colleagues and suppliers to achieve business results.
Cultivate relationships with the local community, customers, and regulatory agencies.
Manage purchasing and supplier development, ensuring timely procurement of materials.
Optimize procurement processes and procedures, conduct market analysis, and negotiate prices and contracts.
Import- Export:
Ensure customs compliance and manage COO for import/export shipments.
Manage shipping and logistics activities for inbound and outbound shipments.
Control costs for import/export activities and logistics.
Address shipping issues with internal and external partners.
Sales & Customer Services:
Resolve issues such as delays in delivery and accidents.
Ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries and resolve supply chain issues.
Review supply strategies and quantity allocation to optimize profit and loss.
Material Planning:
Develop and reconcile Master Production Schedules (MPS) and analyze material and capacity requirements.
Maintain master data in company systems and work with stakeholders to ensure a consistent supply of materials.
Logistics & Warehouse:
Manage customer sales orders from acquisition through cash collection, including inventory, logistics, and customer returns.
Achieve customer- focused KPIs and optimize finish goods replenishment.
Develop sourcing solutions and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
Experience working for EPE companies.
Proficient in English and SAP system.
Key Competencies
University certificate (Supply Chain is preferred).
Proficiency in Master scheduling, Logistics, and distribution.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Over 5 years of hands- on supply chain management experience in manufacturing operations.
