POSITION OVERVIEW
To lead and optimize the end- to- end supply chain operations—including planning, procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management—ensuring cost efficiency, service excellence, and alignment with strategic business goals.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Strategy & Planning
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the supply chain team
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive efficiency and scalability
• Developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and cost- effectiveness
*Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor planning and service team to ensure the Production follow the Plan
• Lead and mentor supply chain teams to ensure high performance
*Demand Planning
• Oversee demand forecasting, material requirement & demand planning
Procurement
• Oversee materials procurement, negotiating with suppliers & managing supplier relationships
*Inventory Management
• Managing inventory levels, optimizing storage, and ensuring timely delivery of materials
*Operations & Logistics
• Coordinate with production schedules, warehousing, and transportation
Performance Management
• Continuously improve processes using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Design and monitor KPIs to track supply chain performance
*Project Management
• Lead SCM global & local projects
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with various internal departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable outcomes
*Budget & Cost Control
• Manage supply chain budgets and drive cost- saving initiatives
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements
Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to supply chain operations and managing potential risks
