Supply Chain Manager (Scm)

OBJECTTIVE OF THE ROLE
• Update data in ERP and do the analysis.
• Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of production planning, material control, purchasing activity, warehouse, and Import/Export or shipping to ensure on- time shipment in Modelleisenbahn Vietnam.
• Responsible to coordinate with other plants of Modelleisenbahn Group that material and other related tools, information... are available in Modelleisenbahn Vietnam on time.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate is expected to fulfill his/her tasks outlined as to:
• Coordination with other plants of Modelleisenbahn Group:
- Report to local general management about changes.
- Managing the material flow and all other related tools, information.... within the group in cooperation with European supply chain manager.
• Production Planning and Scheduling:
- Developing efficient production plans.
- Coordinating with related functions, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement in the production planning function.
• Support Purchasing Manager:
- Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing purchase orders, evaluating supplier performance.
- Developing purchasing strategies.
- Controlling costs, mitigating risks, driving process improvement, and analyzing purchasing data.
• Support Warehouse Manager:
- Forecasting material requirements, optimizing costs, mitigating supply chain risks.
- Ensuring that goods are imported/ exported efficiently, on time, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Optimizing costs.
- Managing planning and procuring materials.
- Analyzing data, and driving process improvement in material control operations.
• Other tasks assigned by Directors.
• ERP system: support implementation of new ERP system (Planning Modul)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Strong in production planning
• Thoroughly understand the whole procedure of the manufacturing environment.
• Thoroughly understand the whole procedure of Production Planning and scheduling, Warehouse, Purchasing, Import/Export, and capacity in production company.
• Have at least 5 years&039; experience in End- to- End Supply Chain role.
• Be family with Supply Chain for busy environment/ manufacturing.
QUALIFICATION
• Experience with modern ERP system (f.e. Oracle, SAP...) is required.
• Bachelor&039;s degree preferably of Foreign Trade, Economics University, Business Administration field or any related to Supply Chain field.
• Good command of written and spoken English is required.
• Good communication skill and capability of problem- solving and team working
• Excellent skill of task self- organization with high responsibility and accuracy
• Professional with MS Office and Excel high level.
