Driving Sustainability for Internal Stakeholders:
Create engaging activities and initiatives to foster a company culture that values sustainability and social impact.
Lead the implementation of TBC- Ball Beverage Can Vietnam Company Limited&039;s sustainability goals, focusing on continuous improvement in environmental performance.
Develop and implement training programs to raise awareness and understanding of sustainability practices among employees.
Driving Sustainability for External Stakeholders and Managing External Communication:
Advocate for the environmental benefits of aluminum cans to external stakeholders, emphasizing product stewardship and recyclability.
Collaborate with customers, partners, and government agencies to develop joint initiatives that promote sustainable practices and address environmental challenges.
Coordinate and participate in sustainability- related events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase TBC- Ball Beverage Can Vietnam Company Limited&039;s commitment to sustainability.
Educate consumers and partners about the importance of recycling aluminum cans and support initiatives to increase recycling rates.
Organize community outreach programs and activities to demonstrate TBC- Ball Beverage Can Vietnam Company Limited&039;s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.

Proven experience in driving sustainability initiatives within a corporate setting, preferably in the manufacturing or beverage industry.
Proven experience in working or collaborating with NGOs and government entities
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective training programs and sustainability initiatives.
Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and best practices.
Fluent in English (4 skills).
Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Communication or related field
Experience in managing external communication channels, including social media and events, is desirable.
