Sustainability Executive

- Other tasks related to the sustainability department.
- Conducting annual audits for current company certifications such as FSC, PEFC, GGL, SPB, ISO and new certifications based on company strategy and customer request
- Creating and developing the organisation’s short- and long- term sustainability project based on company strategy.
- Working with certification bodies (CBs), consultant services, customers, or any third parties relating to sustainability issues
- Stay up to date with the national and international regulations for the Woody sector in general and the biomass sector in particular.
- Make weekly reports to upper managers and BOD
- Monitoring and evaluating the feasibility of sustainability programs, and, when needed, recommending changes to close strategic gaps.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective working process

- Have experience in consulting or auditing sustainability certification such as FSC, GGL, PEFC,.. is preferable
- University Degree/ College (Foreign trade/Export & Import/Forestry major is preferable).
- Ability to deal with multi- functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
- Self- motivated with a results- driven approach
- Outstanding problem- solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
- Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
- Eager- to- learn, passionate, and thriving people
- Experience in the same position is a big advantage. No experience can be trained.
- Be able to work under pressure, and willing to take responsibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese, languages is a must
- Good digital literacy, including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to work with digital tools such as MS Teams for day- to- day work
- Good Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong research and organisational skills.
- Proactive and understanding of the necessity of making things right the first time.
- Good time and task management skills.
- Honesty, humility, integrity, respect for others
