Hosting environments and publishing websites on various platforms
Installing and configuring: computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.Monitoring and maintaining: computer systems and networks./Office Infrastructure Support: Ensure the reliability and security of the office network infrastructure, including Wi- Fi, routers, and switches. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to office hardware, such as printers, laptops, and TVs, to minimize downtime and support productivity.
Active Directory management: Managing user accounts, groups, and permissions
Software and Applications Support: Provide comprehensive support for office software and applications, assisting end users with troubleshooting, updates, and optimal usage practices. Manage user access to software, and ensure the smooth operation of all office productivity tools.
Other tasks as assigned.
Setting up accounts for company’s users, this includes creating new accounts, deactivating old accounts, moving resources between different accounts.
Repairing and replacing equipment as nescessary.
Understanding and managing load balancing to distribute traffic and improve redundancy and efficiency

Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
Knowledge of Office 365 and other user management tools
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Understanding of security principles and data protection practices
Network Load Balancing experience or understanding
Experience with hosting environments and website publication.
3+ years of experience as an System Admin/ IT support or similar role
Experience with network management, including LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
Proficiency in Active Directory

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience in the software outsourcing industry is a plus.
DevOps practices: Understanding of DevOps principles and tools. Candidates with this knowledge can contribute to the improment of our deployment and operations processes
Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization (Azure, AWS and Sharepoint)
