System Administrator

Collaborate with DevOps, Network, Storage, and Security teams for system integration and operations.
Propose infrastructure architecture improvements and resource optimization to support Cloud platform growth.
Analyze logs and optimize system performance to maintain long- term stability.
Operate, monitor, and maintain the Cloud infrastructure to ensure high stability, availability, and performance.
Administer Linux operating systems (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) on physical and virtual servers.
Perform OpenStack updates, patching, and version upgrades to ensure security and compatibility.
Provide internal training and knowledge sharing within the technical team.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, installation guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Implement automation and monitoring tools such as Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.
Set up and manage distributed storage systems (Ceph), load balancers (HAProxy), and databases (MariaDB/Galera).
Troubleshoot issues related to OpenStack, networking, storage, compute, and interlinked components.
Deploy and configure OpenStack systems (including components such as Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Horizon, Heat, etc.).

Solid troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
Deep understanding of key OpenStack components (Nova, Neutron, Keystone, Glance, Cinder, Horizon, Heat, etc.).
Experience with distributed storage systems (Ceph, NFS, GlusterFS) and virtual networking (SDN, VLAN, VXLAN).
Experience working in DevOps or CI/CD environments, collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams.
Minimum 3 years of continuous experience deploying, managing, and operating OpenStack environments.
Familiarity with or experience deploying Docker / Kubernetes / Container platforms on top of OpenStack.
Participation in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or automation projects using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Jenkins.
Involvement in system incident response and infrastructure performance optimization in production environments.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or ELK Stack.
Experience with Ceph storage, HAProxy, MariaDB/Galera, RabbitMQ, or Keystone Federation is an advantage.
Exposure to organizations focusing on digital transformation, infrastructure autonomy, and information security.
Experience in deploying and managing virtualization or cloud infrastructure (OpenStack, VMware, KVM, Proxmox, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Linux administration (user management, storage, networking, logging, systemd, shell scripting).
Administration of large- scale Linux server environments or systems requiring high availability.
