System Engineer

We’re seeking a highly skilled System Engineer who has the technical expertise to implement strategies, evaluate products, and build upon an infrastructure that supports the changing needs of our clients and partners. In this role, the System Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining new and existing systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be able to reliably deliver mission- critical infrastructure with an eye toward accessibility, monitoring, optimization, and security.

Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Develop script to integrate/automate services with python or bash.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to deployments.
Data center operation, including continuously monitoring, optimizing, and improving system performance, capacity, and availability.
Setup monitoring system, which monitors multiple data centers, networks, and reports any incident/security vulnerabilities.
Participate in an on- call rotation periodically, providing out- of- hours support as needed.
Collaborate with development teams to provide necessary resources and support.
Design and deploy Hybrid Data Center (on- premises, public cloud).
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Linux and network technologies.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Linux systems as administrator or engineer and distributions, including RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc.
Additional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE, and LPIC) will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
3 to 5 years of scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Infrastructure- as- Code (Terraform, Ansible).
LLM Infrastructure is a plus
Additional Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP) will be considered an advantage
Willingness to travel for the new deployment of systems in the other countries
Hand- on experience with monitoring system such as Prometheus, Grafana
Knowledge with Cloud technologies and public cloud such as AWS, Azure, Software- Defined Network
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in Kubernetes (CKA is a plus)
Experienced in installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as MySQL, MongDB, Nginx, Kafka, ElasticSearch, etc.
Data Center management experience is a big plus
Knowledge with Cybersecurity tools, CVE patching, VAPT, CIS hardening.
Customer- focused with excellent communication and problem- solving skills.
Experience in Storage operations including CEPH
Strong prioritization, organizational, and time- management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
Tech- savvy with a passion for learning new technology and tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience for networking and system design and Virtualization (e.g: Proxmox, ...)
