JOB OVERVIEW:
Design and implement mass recruitment strategies to meet the organization‘s workforce needs.
Oversee the end- to- end recruitment process for high- volume positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RECRUITMENT AND CANDIDATE SELECTION (70%)
Perform other recruitment- related tasks as required.
Coordinate with the Training Team for the orientation of new employees.
Manage interview schedules and maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage, update, and develop candidate databases.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone or online interviews to assess qualifications and compatibility of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide support as needed.
Prepare regular and ad- hoc reports related to the job for the HR Director.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.
Ensure candidate information is up- to- date and accurate in the applicant tracking system.
Utilize diverse channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to search for potential candidates.
Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish according to approved plans, starting from posting job vacancies to welcoming new candidates.
SUPPORT EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES (20%)
Support surveys and gather opinions or results from activities.
Assist in implementing and executing plans or programs related to employee engagement.
Assist in preparing relevant reports.
SUPPORT EMPLOYER BRANDING ACTIVITIES (10%)
Assist team leaders in organizing or coordinating events.
Support and suggest plans for organizing activities related to online and offline employer branding.
Support in preparing relevant reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in office computing: Proficient in most necessary office computing applications (G Suite, Google Sheets, etc.)
Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year experience in FMCG/ Retail/ F&B chain.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Proven experience in mass recruitment or high- volume hiring.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
English proficiency: Equivalent to TOEIC 600- 700 / IELTS 4.0- 5.0 / TOEFL 46- 59
