Assist with On- boarding tasks (e.g., preparing accounts, work spaces for new hires).
Post job advertisements on various channels (websites, groups, fan pages) as instructed.
Support candidate sourcing efforts through various channels
Screen and categorize candidate resumes based on specified criteria.
Update candidate data in the management system (ATS/Excel).
Contact candidates to confirm interview schedules (via phone/email).
Support Admin tasks as assigned by the Leader.
Assist in preparing documents/rooms for interviews.
Requirements:
Third- year, fourth- year or recent graduate students.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Information management/Human resource administration or related
Personable attitude and teamwork.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of computer, installing software, driver
Reliable, proactive, high- disciplined, patient and organized.
Can- do attitude, urge in learning and development.
Multi- tasking skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural team.
