Our products are present in numerous high- rise buildings, luxury apartments, commercial centers, hotels, resorts, airports, stretching from Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar to Australia, the United States, and are continuously expanding to other countries.
Talent Acquisition
Provide a summary of the interview results from each round and submit a report.
Organizing interview schedules for candidates and hiring departments.
Prepare recruitment proposal, offer letter or recruitment decision for competent authority to sign (if required).
Conduct interviews appropriate to each position including rounds from phone interview, professional skills test, to attitude matching interview.
Select potential candidates, plan interviews to ensure an effective recruitment process.
Monitor probationary evaluation.
Coordinate with the IT and Administration departments to have a full staff kit for new employees.
Implement the onboarding process to help new employees integrate into the working environment, understand their positions and responsibilities, improve work efficiency and nurture personal potential.
Employer branding
Build a professional personal and company image on recruitment support websites.
Coordinate and implement employer branding programs to increase candidate awareness.
Internal communication: ensure colleagues embrace the core values and spirit of the organization.
Support activities related to building a good working environment and employer branding with employees and external partners.
Deep knowledge of workforce within company
Work closely with HOD across various designated business functions to create or update suitable JDs for every Personnel Acquisition (PA) request (if needed).
Manage the relationship with the internal manager, ensure that the service is constantly aligned with business requirements.

3- 5 years of experience in TA & EB.
Ability to listen and empathize.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
