Stay updated on market trends, emerging recruitment tools, and technologies to enhance hiring effectiveness.
Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing expertise and guidance on recruitment strategy, market insights, and selection best practices.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions — from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support HR and business objectives.
Prepare and analyze recruitment performance reports, tracking progress against KPIs and hiring goals.
Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process, expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that exceeds business needs for Back office and IT Division.
Conduct phone, video, and in- person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various roles across the company.
Employer Branding
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branding and communication activities, proposing innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
Develop and design creative content (visuals, videos, articles) to promote recruitment campaigns and enhance the company’s employer brand presence.
Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and employer engagement programs at universities.
Manage and grow digital recruitment channels, including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems.
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Finance/ Banking fields.
Creative mindset with experience managing social media platforms and content creation.
Open- minded and willing to learn.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Must have skills in recruiting back office and IT positions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and candidates effectively.
