Our Company
Responsibilities:
Participate in Onboarding / Offboarding process (Offer package, welcome new hire, orientation training, exit interview, etc.)
Coordinate with admin to organize company tours, job fairs, etc
Build candidate & sourcing databases, create recruitment templates & job descriptions system
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and conduct recruitment for approved positions including steps: screening call, evaluation, and face- to- face interview
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Head of People & Administration
Propose and implement online and offline employer branding plan
Requirements:
Open- minded, creative, fast learner, and flexible
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience working in advertising agencies is preferable
Open to all levels (fresh graduates are welcome to apply), with a preference for candidates with a headhunting background
Excellent English verbal and written communication skill
Experience hiring international candidates is preferable
