MAAS Edtech is seeking a professional and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting Writers
Implementing the Freelance Academic Writer Recruitment Process: searching for CVs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, preparing contracts/payslips/ job offers to select high- quality Writers who meet job requirements.
Build long- term relationships with past and potential candidates;
Training and managing Writers
Conducting the onboarding and online training process for Writers to gain a thorough understanding of the company&039;s policies and regulations;
Building and maintaining relationships with Writers by communicating regularly and conferring with Writers to resolve any problems or questions;
Working closely with the Order Control to review the performance and KPIs of Writers;
Implementing the offboarding process
Executing the offboarding process, handling refunds, and collecting outstanding debts (if any) when a Writer resigns or is terminated.
REQUIREMENTS
Can- do attitude;
Bachelor/ Master degree majoring in Finance, Business, Marketing, Hospitality,…
Good judgment and ability to make decisions in a timely manner;
Fluent in English (IELTS at least 6.0, or equivalent is acceptable).
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
Ability to work independently;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

Income: up to 11.000.000 VND/month, including basic salary + allowances + monthly incentive:

+ Monthly incentive according to the result of achieved KPIs,
+ Salary: 8,000,000 VND- 9,000,000 VD/ month
