THE POSITION
Being responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition activities are assigned by TA Supervisor.
To implement recruitment and talent acquisition plan
Fulfill recruitment requests with enough quantity, quality, timely and cost saving;
Follow up with new staffs during training/probation time and provide support if needed.
Keep recruitment progress in control and recorded;
Develop banks of tests, interview questions, selection methods, candidate pools. to increase recruitment quality;
Update fanpage to improve company branding & promote recruitment activities on it;
Implement recruitment activities following yearly plan/ request;
To support policy & regulations in Human Resource development
Support Manager in developing HR strategy, communicating company vision, mission, core values and master business strategy and department strategy, goals and objectives;
Support to build up headcount plan, budgeting for recruitment, yearly recruitment plan or rolling forecast recruitment adjustment;
Continuously improve recruitment procedures/methods to meet market changes and talent acquisition trends.
Analysis and propose methods to optimize recruitment activities: job fair, school cooperation, channels, candidate source management;
To support in HR management
Recommend, implement and ensure HRIS updated timely;
Coach other members in TA team tasks related to recruitment jobs;
Other tasks as assigned by Human Resource Manager.
