Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Assist in the end- to- end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective communication with candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Post job vacancies across various recruitment platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, networking events, and social media recruitment campaigns.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Support initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee experience.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, including team- building events and recognition programs.
Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace engagement strategies.
HR Administration & Reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to recruitment and training.
Generate reports on hiring progress, training completion rates, and employee development.
Maintain HR databases, ensuring updated records of recruitment and training activities.

Education & Experience
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in AGENCY, marketing, FMCG, or field force recruitment is a plus.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or learning & development.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of recruitment processes, training methods, and employee engagement strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about talent development and enhancing workplace culture.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR software (ATS, LMS).
Ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.
