Directly participate in the recruitment process under the direct guidance of Leader
Perform some other tasks under direct assignment of Leader
Push recruitment post, screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, arrange interview schedules, ...
Participate in interviews to test candidates&039; English skills
Be trained on sourcing skills and screening candidate CVs
Store and manage candidate databases
Be oriented on how to build personal branding and participate in implementing programs to build the company&039;s recruitment image.

Have knowledge of recruitment
Proficient in English in 4 skills (Equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher)
Able to work with high intensity and withstand work pressure
3rd, 4th year students or university graduates majoring in HR Management, Business Administration, Economics... can work full time
Know how to use social networking sites such as Facebook, Linkedin,...
Dynamic, enthusiastic, have good communication skills
