Talent Acquisition:
Internal hiring (70%)
Regularly analyze recruitment metrics, such as time- to- fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to optimize processes and enhance outcomes.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records and sensitive information.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to deeply understand staffing needs, proactively developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies that align with business objectives
Drive timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date candidate records & track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time- to- fill, source of hire, and candidate recruitment process & candidate satisfaction.
Lead the recruitment process by utilizing diverse and innovative channels to attract top- tier candidates. Oversee the screening of resumes, coordination, and execution of interviews, ensuring a rigorous assessment of candidates’ suitability for key roles.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends and recruitment best practices, leveraging this knowledge to refine and improve recruitment strategies.
Manage the recruitment budget efficiently, ensuring a strong return on investment while meeting talent acquisition goals.
Lead negotiations and facilitate smooth onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
Headhunting service (10%)
Maintain professionalism throughout the entire process.
Collaborate with clients and partners to understand hiring requirements.
Handle sourcing, coordinating interviews, and managing necessary administrative tasks.
Employer Branding (10%)
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling, brand- aligned job postings and employer branding materials that resonate with desired talent segments.
Lead the development and execution of targeted recruitment marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and talent acquisition pipeline.
Engage in high- impact industry events, job fairs, and strategic networking opportunities to amplify the company’s brand and build a strong talent community.
Elevate employer branding efforts to strategically position the company as an employer of choice, attracting and retaining top talent.
Employee Engagement (10%)
Organize periodic employee engagement programs that enhance employee satisfaction and foster a positive work environment.

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with exposure to Administrative and HR functions to build a comprehensive HR knowledge base.
Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Adaptable to a fast- growing company with extensive information flow.
Graduates with a strong career path in HR
Solid expertise in recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and selection methods.

WORKING HOURS: 9AM – 6PM (Mon – Fri)
WORK LOCATION: 9th Floor, Ree Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City
As we provide services for international clients in different time zones, this position occasionally requires support during afternoon hours (2PM – 11PM). This happens infrequently, about 2- 3 days per month, and we expect the candidate to be flexible with this schedule.
