Planning
Make a recruitment plan: channel, cost, approaching,...
Verify recruitment needs/requests from departments
Executing
Screen CVs and setup interviews
Inform feedback and result of the interview to candidates
Make recruitment reports by statistics of candidate data, recruitment costs and other necessary information
Negotiate about working conditions and benefits
Search and look for suitable candidates
Onboarding
Integration training for new employees
Implement and coordinate procedures for new employees (seats, machines, employee records, ...)
Following the probation
Coordinate with Department Manager to evaluate the probation and sign contract/terminate the probation with the respective new employees
Others
Participate in assigned training activities
Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
Compensation & Benefits
Minimum 14 paid leaves per annum for all employees after probation;
01 day remote work per month; A flexitime allowance of 90- 180 minutes per month for employees.
01 hour paid leave per day for women having children under 12 months

Requirements:
Excellent skills of persuasion, negotiation and communication
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting IT positions in outsourcing companies
Bachelor of HR, economics, business administration or related fields
Agile, proactive in work, able to work independently as well as in a good team
Fast learner & change adapter.
Positive & results- oriented mindset with logical thinking
Have knowledge of IT services and the labor market
