Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage the most suitable candidates;
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy and plan aligned with our business goals;
Assess and understand the unique requirements of each role and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Recruitment Processes Optimisation:
Utilise data – driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data – backed recommendations.
Continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process, reducing time – to – fill and increasing efficiency;
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong cultural fit and alignment with our core values;
Lead candidate interviews and evaluations, providing timely feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
Candidate Experience:
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
Act as a brand ambassador, conveying our company culture and values.
Employer Branding:
Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage candidates;
Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements that resonate with potential candidates.
Build and enhance our employer brand in the job market;
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and team members of other departments to understand their specific needs;
