KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
Do other tasks as assigned.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in- person interviews, if possible
Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top- notch candidate pools
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other professional networks
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web- based systems (applicant tracking systems, etc.).
Strong in communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Ensure information security in a certain project
Ability to attract, engage, and assess best- in- class talent in a highly competitive environment
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent
Get on well with the company&039;s disciplines
Must be flexible and able to adapt to priorities
Follow the information security regulations of Bestarion
Familiarity with social media, CV. databases, and professional networks
Willing to improve, be innovative, and creative, eager to learn new something
Humble and team- oriented
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
Ability to build relationships, build trust with colleagues
At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition or in similar roles in the IT industry, includingrecruiting for outsourcing companies/headhunting.
Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously (if any)
Proactive in proposing solutions and acting to obtain project objectives
Positive thinking, a high sense of responsibility
Adapt well to the company&039;s culture and working environment
Experience with full- cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
