Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition (70%).

Provide retention recommendation for critical and key positions.
Reviews employment applications and background check reports (if require)
Determine selection criteria. Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools- to select right people for the right job.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
Support Line Managers in interviewing & selection all levels.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews
Build long- term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Employer Branding (30%).

Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
Create employer branding initiatives.
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Collaborating closely with Communication Team to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges

Result- oriented, can- do attitude
Good at English Speaking and Writing
At least 3 years’ experience in Staffing, Recruitment, or HR management.
University degree/above.
Passion/experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
Fairly office computer skills

**Working Location: Tan Phu Trung Iz- Cu Chi District, HCM City (We provide shuttle bus at HCM, Binh Duong, Dong Nai)
