Job Description
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as online and offline channels, and employer branding initiatives, to build pipelines for potential applicants
- Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates
- Customize creative methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening, and selecting ideal talents through various platforms
- Leverage creative juices to implement other HR initiatives and projects in different areas
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
- Create and implement end- to- end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders from various departments to understand the different business functions/needs, design and implement the full cycle recruitment process, and bring the best talents on board
- Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members in various initiatives for the enhancement of employer branding in various areas and departments
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long- term strategy in mind
