Talent Acquisition Specialist Panasonic Sales Vietnam

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments, build a recruitment pipeline, conduct searches and interviews, and write articles for employer branding on social networks.
Job Description: We’re seeking a talent acquisition specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, one or two years of experience in talent acquisition in Consumer Electronics across all functions and levels, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. Especially, candidate must be the one who is passionate about “self- learning and development” (*).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in- person interviews.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Source potential candidates through online/offline channels.

- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands- on experience with full- cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
