KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Accountable for practicing fiscal responsibility by developing realistic annual operating and capital budgets, conserving resources, and monitoring expenditures to ensure they remain within budgeted parameters, prepares annual operating budget and provide monthly variance reporting and oversight.
· Collaborates with leaders, governance committees, and process partners to prioritize and lead business initiatives.
· Works to establish and maintain assigned processes ensuring they are streamlined, efficient, and compliant. Identifies and acts upon ways to improve work processes, enhance quality, productivity, and service levels.
· Responsible for operationalizing strategic objectives and the development of corresponding initiatives and programs; Performs a broad set of assignments and duties that align with the purpose, vision values and goals of the organization.
· Using a project management methodology tracks and maintains ongoing status updates on daily operations and special projects for increased communication with the HR and facility leadership.
· Ensures the effective communication of all approved Human Resources programs through appropriate management channels and monitors, as required, their implementation, administration, and results
· Supports human resource management role and administration functions from induction of new hire’s through termination/cessation inclusive of counseling, guidance and policies compliance on associate relations industrial relations (disciplinary issues) including the conduction of domestic inquiry.
· Participates in meetings, committees, and continuing education to improve individual, departmental, and organizational performance.
· Ensures personnel policies and procedures are administered and communicated in a manner that promotes consistent and equitable treatment of caregivers, recognition and support of human values in the workplace and harmonious working relationships between all caregivers.
· Uses strong communication and leadership skills to follow up on key objectives and action items to ensure accurate and timely completion.
· Prepares for professional interactions and networking by researching, analysing, and interpreting relevant information. Develops professional presentations on corporate initiatives.
· Develops departmental plans and objectives in support of the overall strategic plan
· Monitors human resources programs in terms of meeting objectives and cost effectiveness and prepares periodic reports for leadership as necessary or as requested on the current status of human resources activity.
· Ensures delivery of business results by meeting or exceeding all service level agreements and managing costs. Set team goals, priorities, organizational structure and hiring plans to ensure processes are delivered according to established service level agreements.
· Responsible for leadership, staff development, financial management, and strategic planning for areas supervised.
· Maintains compliance with governmental agencies and regulations, equal opportunity legislation, and appropriate state employment law.
· Maintains constant communication with all levels of associates on management-associate related matters through:
· Provide upward communications via 360 degrees feedback
· Organizing of dialogue-sessions between management and associates
· Communicate and follow up with expatriate associates for legal documents: visa application, work permit, temporary residence card, etc.
· Posting of news/articles at the Staff Bulletin Board
Other standard responsibilities

· Works within all pre-set budgetary limits.
· Is a “brand ambassador” at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.
· Complies to the company policies.
· Develops and updates policies and manuals, as related to the division/department, for implementation in the field, while ensuring compliance to the same for consistency across the group.
· Takes on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.
· Actively participates in and leads recruitment and talent development for the division/department, to meet both current and future needs.

· Have good contacts and maintain close ties with other HR practitioners/professionals within the industry, government bodies and other relevant authorities.

· Professional, a team-player and one who can enlist cooperation from his superiors, peers, colleagues, subordinates and ability to work with all levels of the workforce.
Qualifications –
· A recognized Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field or a recognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
Experience –
· Sound knowledge of domestic mandatory legislative and statutory requirements pertaining to Labour Law, Employment Act, Industrial Relations and keeping abreast of current labour market and good network with relevant authorities.
· Previous experience in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 5 years or more in similar management capacity)
· Familiarity with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) databases
· Sound knowledge acquired from past experience in multiple Human Resources Management such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, associate relations and associate welfare and facilities administration, legal hiring document.
