Human Resources Management
· Create and update employee data record in system
· Update and track annual and probation period appraisals of all employees
· Assist colleagues will all HR related queries and questions
· Create personal files and assist with general filing
· Prepare and submit periodic Talent & Culture & Training reports
· Maintain a good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts
· Prepare various letters and communication to employees
Recruitment
· Conduct and ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new hires
· Manage resignation and clearance procedures
· Prepare and issue contracts to all new employees
· Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment of Rank & File employees based on approval by the divisional head and General Manager, following established standards, policies and procedures
· Conduct recruitment and exit interviews for Rank & File employees

- QUALIFICATIONS
· Phan Thiet area only
· Well- presented and professionally groomed at all times
· Self- motivated and energetic
· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
· Good communication skills
· Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
· Service oriented with an eye for details
· Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team

- T&C Department will be issued with an Internship Certificate upon completion of the internship program.
- Grow up in international working environment
- Be properly coached and trained at Department on specific jobs.
- Supply with suitable relevant information about the hotel and jobs.
- Provided with 02 meals per working shift, uniform, and necessary supported tools for work.
- Preferential access to recruitment information.
