Talent Development Executive ( Sales Trainer)

The key responsibilities of a Talent Development Executive include attracting and retaining top talent, designing and delivering effective training and development programs, managing employee performance, implementing succession planning strategies, driving organizational development initiatives, ensuring AE compliance and policy adherence, and leveraging data analytics to support strategic decision- making and align talent management with the organization&039;s overall business objectives.
Job outcomes

To coordinate and organize internal & external training successfully.
Other duties assigned by Head of Talent Development
To maintain updated & useful content for WeLearn platform NTW and to track discipline of each centre
To develop and maintain an effective onboarding process, ensuring a 50% success rate for new hires.

Tracking system for Centre & ECs’s Productivity NTW
To hold the organization task of writing and updating sales and other training materials
To deliver training/coaching/onboarding sessions to different team/staff members
To Conduct training, coaching, and onboarding sessions for staff.
To identify and maintain systems to develop internal Talents.

Strong communication skills, presentation skills and teamwork skills.
Being well- organized and professional, discipline, proactive
Holder of bachelor&039;s degree
Have sales experience
Have a passion for training, coaching, and developing people
