Role Description
This is a full- time (40 hours per week), on- site role for an Talent (KOL/Influencer) Partnership Executive. The Talent (KOL/Influencer) Partnership Executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
meeting and maintaining good relationship with client creators
Coordinate with superiors and relevant departments in the company to ensure content production progress, manage KOLs/Streamers and handle arising issues.
Implement booking campaigns, hunting KOLs / Streamers as requested by superiors
Follow up with communication with clients
Support new KOL/Streamers with onboarding, training with any system or operation related questions
Manage, evaluate and schedule work for KOLs / Streamers
Onboard KOLs/Streamers who sign with our agency
Support marketing team with PR campaigns for clients
Research business opportunities with potential client creators
Searching for KOLs/Streamers to recruit as potential talents for agency
Coordinate with KOL/Streamers to fill in ‘weekly content checklist’
Attend client meetings with marketing team.
Qualifications
1+ year experience in marketing/content creation industry
English and Vietnamese language skill is a must.
Proficiency in MS Office (powerpoint, excel, word, outlook)
Comfortable in initiating conversations and doing many meetings with clients
Experience in customer service, account coordination or business development is a bonus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong social, analytical and communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
