Acquire understanding about the brand’s product or service, the market and its consumers – and understand their objectives in terms of sales, market- share, brand awareness and positionin
Observe and capture market and communication trends, especially in relating fields
Act as key contact point for the brand for management and execution
Manage brand’s expectations and interpret brand’s feedback for change or improvement
Develop a detailed project plan, monitor progress and provide end- to- end project management
Understand larger financial picture and the impacts of marcom activities on brand’s overall performance
Build strong, long- term brand relationships and maintain frequent interaction
Coordinate with other departments and team members
