Installing and setting up window displays, counters, and in- store displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose.
Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
Sharing monthly VM guidelines & coaching in- store VM ambassadors. Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
Create appealing and eye- catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
Coordinate and update monthly reports to Visual Manager from Brands.
Monitoring costs and working within budget.
Responsible for VM display in all events, store opening and other company activities both in- outside the store.
Liaise with suppliers and source elements, VM props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
Collect feedback from sales teams and customers on the visual impact of displays and of the changes implemented.
Define, design, and implement a visual merchandising strategy for the stores.

Knowledge & Qualification

College/ BA Degree
3 years of working experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion retail
