[Tan Phu] Technical Executive (Daily Operation)

Daily Operation:

Maintenance / calibration equipment such GCMS, LCMSMS, ICPMS…
Validation new test method for accreditation ISO 17025
Chemical testing for textile and footwear industrial.

Technical Development:

Oversee the technical development roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and industry trends.
Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into Eurofins&039; operations.
Collaborate with R&D teams to drive the development of new testing methodologies and technologies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including Research and Development, Operations, and Sales, to ensure seamless implementation of technical advancements.
Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners to enhance Eurofins&039; technical capabilities.

Resource Management:

Provide leadership and direction to a team of scientists, engineers, and other technical professionals.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all technical developments meet Eurofins&039; quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain robust quality control processes for technical innovations.

Strong understanding of laboratory testing, diagnostics, and related technologies.
At least Master degree in Analytical or Organic chemistry
Strategic thinking and the ability to align technical development efforts with business objectives
1- 2 year in testing lab
English fluently in 4 skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to Eurofins&039; operations
