Taproom operation management
● Ready to explain our beer to the customer
● Study our beer and craft beer market in general
● Maintain a clean and tidy atmosphere within the taproom
● Maintain the beer tap system and keep the line always clean to serve the best beer. Arrange the regular line cleaning.
● Prepare merchandise such as T- shirts, stickers, glasses, and coozies to display them nicely
● Work with the back- office team to purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements within the budget
● Manage all taproom activities and day- to- day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
● Comply with all health and safety regulations
● Design exceptional drink (except beer) and food menus by collaborating with the chef and the marketing team
● Supervise the inventory of raw materials and beverages
● Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
● Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Event and promotion planning and implementation
● Plan the regular/seasonal events and daily promotions
● Observe upcoming holidays and provide ideas on what events to hold. For example: Women’s Day, March 8th, Valentine’s Day, Feb 14th, etc
● Implement them by collaborating with the kitchen, other staff, and the marketing team.
● Plan the design and post it on social media on time
Financial management
● Set a monthly target and make a strategy to achieve it.
● Analyze the performance of the taproom and try to minimize the loss, including the kitchen
● Quarterly, submit the budget to run the Taproom
Kitchen management
● Communicate well with the chef to create something new and interesting.
● Make sure that our food quality is always up to standard
● Make sure the hygiene of the kitchen and the protocols are kept
Staff management
● Provide a two- way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork
● Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
● Lead the team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
● Prepare the shifts of staff
Marketing & Social Media management. Online Delivery Apps
● Create special offers and/or events regularly.
● Work with the marketing and design team to be in charge of social media posting for Hoi An Taproom at Google Business, Tripadvisor and Facebook
● Proactively involved in marketing plans and organizing regular events for the taproom
● Appropriately respond to the comment on social media
● Maintain the various Online Delivery Apps such as Grabfood, Gloria Food etc
