Ultimately, you will ensure our Taproom runs smoothly and customers are satisfied, and we have a good base of loyal customers.
Key responsibilities of the Taproom Manager include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient operation, as well as maintain high productivity, quality, and customer- service standards.
Operational Leadership and Team Management:
Leadership and Management of Front and Back of the House restaurant operations.
Convert regular customers to loyal customers utilizing the company loyalty scheme.
Oversee daily operations of the Taproom, ensuring smooth and efficient service well as maintain high productivity, quality according to company requirements.
Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork, communication, and staff engagement with a focus on team building and and build a pool of talent of your team for succession planning.
Ensure staff achieve and maintain an appropriate level of knowledge about PSBC Craft Beer & Food.
Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues quickly and professionally.
Focus on high- quality customer service & maximize customer saticfaction of the Taproom, with a focus on delivering a unique craft beer dining experience.
Recruit, train and develop a high- performing Taproom team dedicated to offering a consistent level of quality products and high level of customer service while embracing the company culture.
Gather customer data to enable the company to interact with customers on a frequent basis.
Lead by example to inspire the team to engage with the customers to enhance their experience and elevate them to regular guests from time to time.
Adhere to company policies and procedures
We’ll expect you to lead by example and motivate/support our staff during busy moments in our fast- paced environment.
Financial Management and Strategic Planning:
Manage & responsible the financial performance the taproom through KPIs for profitability and quality goals.
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience and improve Taproom financial performance (e.g. promotions, in- house activities and social media ads).
Promote the brand in the local community through word- of- mouth and Taproom events.
Play a proactive role in the wider company commercial team to ensure any events, promotional activities are planned and executed successfully.
Provide regular weekly/monthly reports and performance updates to the AOM, recommending actions for continuous improvement
Track sales/customer feedback/ customer insight to analyze the financial & operational performance of the taproom.
