Teacher Experience & Operations Manager (TEM) holds core responsibilities in the daily and periodical operation of the Teacher Experience Department (TED). We are seeking a proactive and professional candidate to lead the team in implementing and advancing all processes, policies, and regulations directly relating to the Teacher&039;s journey at NativeX. This position will allow the potential candidate to broaden his/her horizons in both management and professional experience. Hence the impact positively contributes to the enhancement of one of the most high- standard learning platforms in Vietnam.
Recruitment and Selection (15%)
Research and implement recruitment channels to attract qualified teachers;
Propose and manage recruitment’s budget effectively.
Coordinate the hiring process, including creating job descriptions, job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions;
Training & Performance Management (10%)
Monitor the onboarding process for new teachers, including orientation sessions and training programs;
Coordinate professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and promote continuous learning.
Conduct regular performance evaluation and goal- setting sessions with teachers; promptly address any performance issues to maintain workflow efficiency;
Compliance and Employee Relations (15%)
Enforce policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment for all employees;
Maintain accurate and up- to- date employee records, including contracts and performance evaluations;
Monitor teacher inquiries, concerns, and grievances to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards;
Monitor payroll, benefits administration, and other HR- related administrative tasks efficiently;
Operations Management (40%)
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system development for operations functions in teacher management;
Monitor and promptly adjust workflow to enhance operational effectiveness;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features for system development.
Oversee day- to- day operations including scheduling, class assignments, and issues resolution;
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency;
Cost Management (15%)
Implement and monitor a detailed budget to track expenses and make informed cost- control decisions.
Negotiate advantageous terms with vendors and manage contracts for cost- effectiveness;
Other (5%)
Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the line manager as needed.
Collaborate with governmental bodies such as DOLISA and DOET when necessary;
Provide internal training sessions for team members when necessary;
