Job description
Our scope of work covers the full project lifecycle, including 3D modeling from point clouds, production of architectural drawings during design phases, detailed construction drawings, and final as- built documentation.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader in Architectural BIM Drawing for our office in Ho Chi Minh. In this role, you will lead a small team of modelers/drafters and ensure high- quality BIM deliverables for architectural packages.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Coordination
Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, company standards, and project- specific requirements.
Report to the Business Unit manager
Supervise and mentor a team of BIM modelers and drafters.
- BIM Modeling & Data Management
Oversee model accuracy, parametric data, and codification of elements for proper integration with project databases.
Develop and review detailed architectural BIM models (façades, partitions, finishes, openings, circulation, etc.).
Implement quality control processes to ensure consistency across models and drawing outputs.
- Construction Documentation
Lead the production and review of execution drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) directly from the model.
Guarantee that drawings reflect the latest design revisions and site requirements.
Manage 2D documentation for coordination with contractors and consultants.
- Compliance and support :
Assist architects and project teams in design revisions and troubleshooting
Assist the Business Unit manager for quotation of new projects
Follow industry codes, standards, and project- specific BIM guidelines
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of BIM parameters, codification, and data- driven modeling.
- 3- 5 years of professional experience in architectural BIM modeling and execution drawing production.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in leading or mentoring junior team members is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Revit (mandatory), with solid skills in AutoCAD; experience in rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, etc.) is a plus.
- Degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
