As the Strategy Team Leader for the Strategic Project Management Office (similar to an in- house consulting unit), you will spearhead the strategic planning and execution for MoMo’s most pressing business challenges (such as new product development, go- to- market plan, customer segmentation, market- entry, and other corporate priorities). You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding senior leadership, including C- suite executives, through the strategic landscape, ensuring alignment of objectives with the company’s vision. This role demands a balance of leadership, deep analytical skills, and a collaborative spirit to drive the company’s innovation and growth.
What you will do
Lead high- impact projects: You’ll spearhead special projects alongside senior company leadership (C- level executives and Department Heads), leading end- to- end strategy formulation process;
Bridge strategy and execution: Align departmental goals, processes, resources, and initiatives to achieve business & project objectives;
Optimize and iterate: Continuously monitor project progress, evaluating the impact of implemented initiatives and proactively fine- tuning approaches for maximum impact.
Drive insightful research: Conduct in- depth market and competitor analysis, identifying key trends, threats, and opportunities, as well as user research to inform strategic decisions;
Champion collaboration: Partner effectively with diverse business units across MoMo, communicating strategic directions and building consensus on critical initiatives;
What you will need
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business (Management, Strategy, Finance), Economics, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in one of the following areas: Growth strategy development and execution;
Strategic planning;
Management consulting;
Data analytics/business intelligence.
Industry: Prior experience in digital consumer platforms (eCommerce, mobility) and/or digital financial services (FinTech, InsurTech, consumer finance, digital banking) is a strong plus.
Skills:
Strong logical thinking, analytical abilities, and problem- solving skills;
Strong strategy toolkit such as financial modeling, slide making, project management, interviewing & synthesis;
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to clearly articulate complex ideas to senior audiences;
