About Promotion Team:
Our team structure is designed to be streamlined but optimal, with roles focusing on platform growth, merchant growth and analytics.
The platform growth function focuses on expanding our customer base through targeted strategies, leveraging impactful tools such as promotion, campaign, communication, product led growth, and A/B testing to drive adoption and retention.
Meanwhile, the merchant growth role concentrates on fostering partnerships and enhancing the presence of businesses on our platform, driving revenue and diversifying offerings for partners.
Analytics acts as the backbone in supporting platform and merchant growth by swiftly and accurately assessing the effectiveness of new products or initiatives from various departments.
Together, these functions collaborate synergistically to drive sustainable growth and deliver value to our ecosystem.
What you will do
Use effectively data analytics to evaluate results of team projects and overall activities, including media campaigns, promotion programs, product feedback & optimization;
Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), budget related to growth initiatives;
Implement and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and improve the user experience throughout the customer journey.
Data driven to support defining and proposing the platform/merchant growth strategy;
Work closely with ML team to validate the impact of ML testing/ML model into the business of Promotion;
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management;
Work closely with product team to provide additional user/merchant insights for product development as the essential way for growth;
Plan annually quantifiable objectives for MoMo’s Promotion marketing platform based on analysis, teammate’s growth initiatives, and collaboration with relevant business, product/tech, and relevant teams in MoMo;

Familiar with the Fintech/Ecommerce/Ride Hailing market andable to draw on local nuances to design growth activities that are highlyrelevant to our users;
Good interpersonal skill; able to manage seniorstakeholders.
Attention to details and excellent executional capabilities;
Strong experiences with a minimum 3 years of experience inrelevant fields such as Business Analytics, Marketplace.
Strong analytical skills;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business or Finance;
Strong understanding of user- centricity concepts andMarketing platforms.
Advanced degree or certifications in growth marketing orhave experience in financial sector is a plus;
