Propose suitable financial leasing solutions tailored to each corporate customer.
Seeking new MSMEs (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) and developing the micro- enterprise customer market.
Conduct preliminary credit assessment of customer profiles.
Manage, coach and train team members.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customer.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or International Trade.
Proven track record of strong performance in related positions.
Experience in coaching and training staff.
At least 2 years of team management experience.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
Fluent in English or Chinese.
