Team Leader of Transaction Banking ( Corporate Banking)
Strategic
Lead the promotion of products to customers and identify and promote cross selling opportunities.
Well collaboration with JC/GC to arrange Account Plan meeting for mining TB opportunities
Understand the department’s strategy to build up fruitful pipeline for the team’s activities plan.
Financial
Support the delivery of relevant banking services to customers to meet the department’s revenue targets by analysis market/customer database, understanding customers’ business requirements and preparing recommendations on suitable products or services.
Customer
Build effective relationships with key customers to develop new business and to deliver excellent customer service.
Partner with RMs to plan joint client calls, aim to complete at least 10 client calls per month
Maintain and monitor accuracy of pipeline. At all times, to aim for a pipeline amount 3 times the target.
Anticipate as well as be sensitive to shifting customer expectations and suggest appropriate measures to ensure the Bank stays ahead of competitors.
Work in partnership with Relationship Managers in the Branch and Regional Headquarters to support in promoting products and provide Subject Matter Expertise on Transaction Banking products to customers.
Work in partnership with the Regional Transaction Banking team and Head Office to obtain support with technical issues and product development.
Work in partnership with colleagues in the department to support in resolving customer incidents.
Work closely with RMs to identify client names to be Account Planned. Work with RMs and TBPD to create their RM Account plan and TB Account Plans. Close opportunities identified under the account plan
Work in partnership with the customer to collect information to prepare detailed analysis to support structuring the deal and obtaining credit approval.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
Work in partnership with various departments within the Bank to support in delivering seamless transactions to the customer. Departments including but not limited to Legal, Operations, Compliance and Risk.
People
Team Support, coaching, sharing, training on Transaction Banking products & analysis knowledge.
Leading TB Team to be proactively approach TB opportunities in Sales and Products
Other/Control
Well Manage and Develop presentation/pitch material for customers.
Ensure maintain a good successor plan and support the team members.
Well manage the TB Risks to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits.
Support departmental initiatives to drive business growth
Contribute/prepare deal proposals and credit applications to ensure pricing, product offerings and the structuring of the deal is aligned to business strategy, delivers a high quality of service to customers and mitigates risk for the Bank.
Maintain customer information in the department’s database and be responsible for the data integrity.
Support Relationship Managers with structuring Transaction Banking deals.
Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
Adhere to all company policies / guidelines, timely report to TB Head/ Branch managments.
Support the implementation of Transaction Banking products into customer’s organizations.
