Team Leader Project

Manage a team size of at least 10 members or higher
Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, utilising clear goals and objective setting to help the team succeed
Additional compatible and related responsibilities which are not necessarily listed above
Provide team members with necessary support and assistance to keep team morale andensure the smooth operation of the team
Provide leadership, guidance and support to team members, Identify goals and factors that improve member performance.
Being responsible for leading the team to perform company policy, process & strategies, BPO quality management and Quality assurance.
Being responsible for running new projects and providing high quality training to the team
Being responsible for ensuring that all services of team are delivered within the SLA

Strong attention to details and ability to work independently
Good in English, especially reading and writing skills
Excellent team leadership skills, able to unite the team, and help team members maximize their strengths and improve their weaknesses.
Having experience in the BPO/KPO field is a plus
Ability to inspire and motivate the team, people development
At least 1 year of experience supervising/leading a team in a customer service
Risk management and problem solving skills
People management skills, planning, and goal setting for the team
Communication skills and effective feedback delivery
