Tech Assist Specialist (IT Support)

- Experience supporting: Windows OS, hardware, software, MS Office 2013-latest applications (OneDrive, OneNote, MS Teams, Etc.),
- An ability to install/remove desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and desktop application software
Network, and printer;
- Experience supporting AutoCAD & specialist engineering applications desirable;

- Have a good skill to troubleshoot/ analyze issue;
- ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft… qualification highly;
- Proactive in daily work practices with strong organisational skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work both interpedently and as a team, communicate effectively in both oral and written with clients and end-users
- Ability to teach/ learn new technology;
