Tech Lead Manager (Java, ReactJS, React Native)

We are looking for a talented Tech Lead Manager, who can:

Fully operate, review coding style in detail and manage development teams. 
Design (HLD, LLD, coding) based on requirements from Product Owner. Ensure best performance. Capability to detect, guide and fix error code. Mastering on merge code (Gitlab) for quality assurance and skills transfer.
Know how technology stacks, data stack and architecture methodology.

Technical Requirements

Understand business insight in order to co- work with AI and Data teams.
Excellent hands- on experience on fixing code and logic of Java, ReactJS, React Native and/or Python in order to manage technical issues of all Backend, Frontend, Mobile teams (not including people management).
Proven experience as a Full stack Developer and python AI/data expert or similar role.
Hands- on experience in developing web and mobile applications.
Familiarity with common stacks
Strong knowledge of Queue system (Kafka) and in- memory cache (Redis).
Solid in cloud- native technology (container, Kubernetes, serverless) and DevOps culture.
Implementing best practices and coding standards (Confluence)
Coordinating with the software development team to address technical debt
Checking and updating systems and software on a regular basis (Confluence)
Assisting in training new employees and reviewing the high- performing team
Understanding project requirements and developing detailed structure – JIRA
Overseeing daily technical operations issues to resolve via JIRA and internal MS TEAM, SKYPE news.
Conducting periodic security checks/audits (IS team)
Coordinating with the Enterprise architect team (Solution Architect).
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, PostgresDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
Developing and assigning work schedules/tasks via JIRA (PMO)
Experienced in both on- premises and cloud deployment.
Analyzing project briefs, requirements and deliverables
Using good quality code to avoid monetary damage (version control)- Gitlab
Reviewing ongoing operations and rectifying any issues

General Requirements:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong English communication skills, candidates with English certificates are preferrable.
Having relevant Certifications of Java, React, Python…
7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, or similar role.
Having Finance/Banking/Trading domain knowledge.
Bachelor&039;s degree in engineering, Computer Science or any related field.
