Tech Lead (NodeJS, ReactJS) Up to $2500

Provide technical guidance and solutions for software projects, including technology selection, software architecture, and software development direction.
Communicate, share and train team members to develop both IT project skills and soft skills.
Research, update new technologies and propose applications to company projects.
Report work to direct management leaders
Plan and execute projects of various scales and complexity.
Communicate directly with the board of directors and relevant parties to clarify technical requirements and agree on requirements.
Directly manage the programming team, receive reports, and evaluate the performance of team members.

Ability to review code, advise, and support team members.
Proficient in using database MongoDB/MySQL
Experience in Software Architecture and Design.
Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, at least 3 years of Node JS
Writing a WBS and Schedule Management
Have experience with Linux, Git, Git administration.
Solid experience developing with Linux and web- based application’s frameworks.
Experience in team & client management.
Experience in frontend ReactJS, Moblie React Native.
Experience or interested in learning how to build high performance systems.
Proficient in NodeJS
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, taking initiative to solve work- related issues according to deadlines and guidelines
Proficient in developing Restful API.
