ESSENTIALS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is to achieve sustainable and profitable sales growth of HMC in assigned area by:
Developing technics which help current varieties show better performance and train team, farmer to apply.
Propose potential new varieties, carry out trial to evaluate, report and develop new varieties.
Developing people by describing clear work procedure, equipping them appropriate tool, attitude, skill and knowledge to do it well.
KPI: Annual Sales Growth and Gross Margin
PERMANENT MISSIONS:
Developing people by describing clear work procedure, equipping them appropriate tool, attitude, skill, and knowledge to do it well.
• Participate to documentize work procedures, tools, skills, knowledge, and attitude needed and competency scale to evaluate performance.
• Participate to create strong link between evaluation result and salary increase, bonus, promotion.
• Participate to periodically evaluate, train, coach people above procedures.
Developing technics which help current varieties show better performance and train team, farmer to apply.
• Evaluate feasibility and impact to sales of potential technical solution and set priority.
• Form the plan with Sales Sup, Sales Rep to broadcast technics and evaluate result.
• Train Sales Sup/Rep, Tech Sup to apply and transfer the technics.
• Analyse competitors, determine technical gap of current varieties and opportunity.
• Make visit to commercial field to evaluate/update the technic.
• Plan schedule and materials/tools to test and confirm efficiency of technical solutions.
Propose potential new varieties, carry out trial to evaluate, report and develop new varieties.
• Consolidate trial data and make trial report.
• Analyse portfolio gap and propose wanted list with specification.
• Ensure trial quality as designed trial procedure.
• Launch new varieties.
• Evaluate feasibility and propose priority of new variety trial.
• Gain knowledge of market trend and LVS potential products.
• Together with Sales Sup, Sales rep plan and carry out trial.
(After launching, return to 1st mission)
