Lead & Build: Develop and mentor a high- performing engineering team, driving talent growth and performance excellence.
Monitor & Maintain: Oversee system health, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure seamless operations.
Design & Architect: Create robust, scalable, and secure systems to support business expansion.
Ensure Code Excellence: Enforce best practices, conduct thorough code reviews, and optimize system performance.
Collaborate & Align: Partner with cross- functional teams to build impactful solutions.

Experience with high- traffic systems, real- time processing, and database optimization (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years as a Tech Lead.
Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
Strong experience in Frontend (React, Vue, Angular) & Backend (Node.js, Java, Python, Go).
