Technical Architect Azure, .NET, English

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward- thinking Technical Architect to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our projects, contributing to architecture design, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and future- ready.
Role Responsibilities

Participate in architecture design with scalability, performance, security, and easy maintenance, and create development environments along with the client&039;s architects.
Investigate and diagnose software defects, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
Support for development and bug fixes. Respond to user- reported issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide timely resolutions.
Manage the development process to ensure that design and coding standards are being followed, application requirements are fully implemented, technologies are efficiently and correctly implemented, and a high level of maintainability and extensibility is achieved.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high- quality technical solutions.
Provide in- depth technical and hands- on leadership and guidance to the development & support team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Lead code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions to drive continuous improvement.
Transform the architectural design of the application into a framework.

Excellent interpersonal, English oral & writing communication skills and ability to effectively. Collaborate with diverse people such as clients, developers, quality assurance, subject matter experts, and architects.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in React, .NET framework, Azure Application Services, Azure Integration Services, and Azure SQL development to develop enterprise applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in Azure LLM, LangGraph is a plus.
Solid technical background with good knowledge in OOP & SOA principles, design patterns, and industry best practices for software development following Agile methodology.
Proven experience in a Technical Architect role for mobile and enterprise applications, with demonstrated ability to guide and mentor a development team and handle day- to- day activities.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
7+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry and at least 2 years in Technical Architect role.
