• Overseeing Development and Implementation: Lead and manage the software development life cycle, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Creating and Configuring New Orgs: Establish and configure new organizational structures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with system administrators.
• Creating Technical Design Documentation: Produce detailed technical design documentation, communicate technical concepts effectively, and maintain documentation.
• Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address code quality issues.
• Providing Technical Leadership and Support: Mentor development teams, collaborate with project managers, and address technical challenges for project success.
• Estimating Releases: Work with project managers and teams to estimate release timelines and resource requirements, adjusting estimates as necessary.
• Designing Functional Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders, design efficient software solutions, and stay updated on industry trends.

● At least 2 years of software architecture/system design experience.
● At least 6 years of experience in software development.
● Familiar with working processes: Agile/Scrum.
● Fluent in both written and spoken English.
● Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation, Information Technology or equivalent.
● Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, Keycloak, Kafka, SQL, CI/CD.
● Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
● Proficiency in back- end programming languages (C/.NET) and a front- end framework/library (ex: ReactJS, Angular or VueJS).
● Work well in teams or groups.
