Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in backoffice systems to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will design operational flows, document system requirements, and optimize backoffice processes.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis & Documentation
Create comprehensive documentation for backoffice workflows, data flows, and system integrations
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across operations, compliance, customer service, and finance teams
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
Maintain up- to- date process documentation and system architecture diagrams
Flow Design & Process Optimization
Design and map user lifecycle flows (registration, verification, payments, rewards, retention)
Create workflow diagrams for operational processes including payment processing, promotional campaign management, and risk assessment
Design role- based access controls and permission structures for backoffice users
Optimize existing backoffice processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions
Backoffice System Management
Design and implement reporting dashboards for operations, finance, and management teams
Work with B2B platform providers
Configure and customize backoffice platforms for user management, CRM, promotional engines, and payment systems
Technical Integration
Support integration of CRM platforms, fraud prevention systems, and analytics tools
Ensure data consistency across multiple systems
Document integration requirements for content providers, payment gateways, and compliance tools
Collaborate with development teams on API integrations between backoffice systems and third- party service providers
Stakeholder Collaboration
Conduct requirements gathering sessions and system demonstrations
Serve as liaison between technical teams, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders
Train backoffice users on new features and processes
Provide ongoing support for backoffice operational issues
