Complaint solving

Complaint solving of concreting until complete customer (to meet satisfaction within SLA).
Job priority settlement (complaint solving/ support customer).
Support each other in TC team in complaint solving or when required by TCE Superintendent.

Technical Consulting to customers

Work closely with Sales to define customers’ needs before offering the solutions.
Provide technical consulting on how to use INSEE solutions efficiently.
Coordinate the trial mix activities

Improve customer loyalty.

Promote INSEE cement solutions as the solutions for different requirements of customer.
Take lead the trial mix for RMX, project & CPM.
Approach projects, in collaboration with Industrial Sale

Training

External training for customers
Internal training for another function

Pre- sales and market analysis

Promote solutions to improve special cement volume.
Survey market and analysis data
Pre- sales activities for contractors, and non- contractors

Technical Service

Promote technical services (i2i) to customers.
Understand value of technical services and how offer to customers.

Educational Qualifications

Presentation, interpersonal and communication (both verbal and spoken English) skills.
Business exposure preferred.
University (construction degree, construction materials).
English knowledge: medium.
Good hands- on knowledge of concrete & plaster/ mortar.

Relevant Experience

2 years work experience in construction/ consultant/ RMX Technical/ CPM Technical
