Job Description: TeleStar is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Technical Customer Support Specialists focusing on eCommerce. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to customers using two applications, primarily on platforms such as Shopify, Wix, Etsy, and others. Experience in eCommerce is highly preferred, as you will assist customers with navigating and troubleshooting their online stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends to provide informed customer support.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the applications used by customers,
Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when necessary.
Conduct thorough research and utilize resources to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the company&039;s CRM system.

Requirements
